Diagnostic accuracy assessment of molecular prediction model for the risk of NAFLD based on MRI-PDFF diagnosed Chinese Han population

Abstract Background Several molecular prediction models based on the clinical parameters had been constructed to predict and diagnosis risk of NAFLD, but accuracy these remains need be verified most accurate NAFLD diagnostic method. The aim this study was verify three Fatty liver index (FLI), fat score system (NAFLD LFS), Liver (%) in MRI-PDFF diagnosed Chinese Han population. Patients methods used diagnose hepatic steatosis all subjects. Information such as name, age, lifestyle, major medical histories were collected measured by standard laboratory techniques. cut-off values each model for calculated results. All data analyzed using statistical analysis software SPSS 23.0. Results A total 169 subjects recruited with matched sex age. ROC curves FLI, LFS, plotted results MRI-PDFF. We founded that comparative available population well validity them other ethnics regions. Conclusions could golden develop new NAFLD.
